Is there a minimun order amount for delivery?
Unfortunately I can’t get on the treddly for a single cup of coffee, so minimun order must be $15 inc delivery….Sorry!
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
To be honest…Not enough to actually cover the costs. So anyway we charge $2.75 for delivery per order.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use PayPal which means you can use any credit card and of course your PayPal account if you wish.
How long will delivery take?
Generally we aim for within 30 minutes from the time of order. But we have been known to get there sooner.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
As secure as shopping anywhere else.
We use industry strength SSL encryption on our web site to protect your user details.
All credit card transactions are started and finalised through the PayPal web site.
What exactly happens after ordering?
When your order is sent we receive a print-out of your order and an email notification. If we have any problems with your order we will email or phone to discuss.
Do I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes…your order receipt will be emailed to the contact email. We can also supply a receipt from our POS system if required.
